Scrap Card #39

I've had this image stamped and coloured for quite a while and figured it was about time to use it on a card.  It was a little bit too subtle against the scrappy background so I ended up hand cutting a black border to help distinguish it.

Lovely card, and I think the black background on your image does look effective. x

I have really enjoyed this series of cards this year Beccy. I did some cards similar at the beginning of this year and I have other backgrounds made that I haven't used. I need to revisit them and see what I can do with them. I like the non-traditional colors of this card. Just so festive and happy. Thanks for the inspiration!

Hi Beccy, Wow! who would have thought that by adding a thin black border could make such a huge impact. Simply stunning! Nearly the end of the year, so it wont be long now until you've completed your year of "scrappy" backgrounds and like the other ladies I've thoroughly enjoyed seeing them.....where has this gone, it's just flown past.
